Tessa is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, holding a teaching diploma with additional anatomy training and has over forty years of experience in yoga and over twenty years of teaching classes and one to one in South Bucks and Oxfordshire.
She is also trained in Thai Yoga massage and Indian Head massage, has taught Pregnancy Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga, trained Wycombe Wanderers Football team, supported athletes in their training and worked with mental health groups.
Tessa is dedicated to teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities, firmly believing in adapting yoga to suit individual needs and to de-mystify yoga to make it an accessible form of fitness and well-being for all.
Tessa's style of yoga encompasses her background of Iyengar teachers to combine a precision of instruction and caring for individuals using props, her anatomical understanding to refine postures with a deeper feeling of connection to oneself, her deep sensitivity to bring a spiritual integration in all aspects of yoga, including breathing, meditation and relaxation.
From 7th June 2021 there will be a mixture of indoor and zoom classes weekly and monthly workshops.
