"Tessa Wisby was one of my most talented students over the years I taught as an international yoga teacher. She starter her own classes and, ever since, I have been delighted to see her dedication, with her personal practice and teaching techniques developing and maturing continually.
Her great skills for adapting and adjusting the postures never fail her or her students. She is a living testimony of the art of teaching yoga."
"Great class. Great teacher. Great fun."

"I have studied Yoga with Tessa for more than 10 years and I couldn't do it without her. She is a fine teacher and she brings great sensibility to older students like myself.
Be it gardening, swimming or walking, I apply her teaching to all parts of my life."
"I started with a 6 week summer school and 12 years later I still look forward to my weekly session with Tessa at Stoke Poges Village Hall. With her easy to understand, enthusiastic teaching style, Tessa has shown me the benefits of Yoga both physically and mentally.
From knowing how to stretch my body when my back aches (I can bend over to touch my toes anywhere even though people may stare!) to learning how to breathe and stay calm in moments of stress to doing specific recommended exercises to get my body working and back to normal after an operation - this is all thanks to Tessa's expert knowledge and patience in tailoring classes to varying abilities. The Yoga sessions are about adjusting to find your own comfort level of exercise to strengthen your body and increase flexibility whilst also learning about self awareness and mindfulness."
"I have attended Tessa's yoga classes regularly since she started them in Parmoor, near Henley, in 2007. She is experienced and well-qualified, with a deep knowledge of her subject, refreshed by continual study. She has evolved her own style, which is extremely sensitive to the needs of us participants. I have a respiratory condition, and this and the rest of me greatly benefit from her classes, which are very enjoyable. In case you think all yoga students are women: I'm a man!"
